Dracula is a Saga champion or not?

Just realized that Dracula is stated as a Saga champion, but he doesn't have neither Wrath or Forbearance tag.

He's not on whitelist for war as well so would be good to have some clarification.

Saga isn't the same as AW tag. A champ may be both, but not always.
