Who to R3 next?

Hi friends, I have some tier 4 alpha that will expire this month if I don't use them so looking to get some advice on who to R3? It's not obvious to me so figured I'd get your opinions! For reference, other R3s right now are Luke Cage and Prowler. Thank you in advance!

Sort of vague asking with no picture or mention of the champions you are asking fellow summoners to pick or suggest to rank3. We don't know who are your rank1 and rank2 champions.. there might be hidden gems amongst your 7* roster that you have overlooked.

Note: there are some biased opinions regarding certain champions, but there are also balanced unbiased suggestions.. some champions are awesome but require a playstyle with an expert touch.

Jean Grey - definitely

Nico Minoru - definitely

Bastion - definitely

just list the champions that you have and love playing.. always remember it's your account.. pick who you love playing.
