Banquet predictions

So finally we are getting nimrod and abs man🥳. And jane buff, which idc.
Who do you think are the other 5 champs (4 old and 1 buffed champs).

I believe the another buff is from skill class since realm event also have a skill champ.

My predictions :
Mutant - red mags or archangel
Skill (realm) - kingpin (they gonna save kate for another event).
Science - I couldn't think of anything other than scorpion.
Cosmic - hulkling hopefully.

None of these champs gonna break kaboom just don't disappoint us.

Keep in mind, one of the 4 champs will be the 2nd rework. Since there is a clear absence of a release window for Rhino, I can see him taking that science spot. Even though he is awful so I hope I am wrong.

I think x 23 is very likely, but if not her I could see maybe toad.

Skillfeels like it could be kingpin, I really don't think he's as overpowered as people make out, but if it's a buff maybe someone like agent venom?

Cosmic could be ikaris or the champion? If its a buff it could be symbiote spidey or kamala? Or even heimdal

Science could be rhino/modok, if its a buff it could be someone like hulk ragnarok or abomination maybe. Scorpion is possible

In terms of the skill champ alongside abs man it could very easily be kingpin, but an alternate could be valkyrie

I could see Heimdall. Hopefully as a buff, but I think that it would be good for the game if he came out as a 7* regardless. Obviously he's not great in his current state, but his cheat death synergy is still super valuable and I would hate to lose out on it in the next Everest content just because Kabam maybe throws a 7* gate on it. I would just feel a lot safer if I had a 7* Heimdall in my roster, even if I'd never see a reason to actually rank him up until he's buffed.

for cosmic, all signs point to annihilus, unless the other rework is a cosmic champ then it opens up other possibilities like vtd. Once we know which class is getting a buff, might be easier to predict. My gut says skill is getting a buff and we might see someone like anti venom

My hopeful prediction is Air Walker for the cosmic champ. He’s a buff away from being a very strong cosmic and the last missing herald. He’s a very cool champ with some of the best visuals especially that sp3. Would love to see him as a 7*.

I was even hoping for ghost as the tech but they chose Nimrod who will have no impact on the game as the tech so I know exactly where they're going with this.

This makes sense to a certain extent but Ghost won’t really have any impact on the meta either, 80% of the meta relevant defenders these days are literally built to counter miss or crits because of Ghost and if Ghost can’t phase or crit she’s basically useless. Hell, even against the ones that don’t really punish crits and can miss like Zola she won’t be good because of the cowardice, Ghost in 2025 would be ass whether people want to admit this or not.

Haven’t seen anyone mention Valk for the skill class, I know Ægon is also a possibility but Valk’s kit was updated on this month’s patch notes so I’m just putting that out there.

Cosmic I’m really hoping for Annihilus, his damage was always good the only thing that sucked was that the rotation was very hard to pull off so if they increase the potency and duration of the stiffles and give them something small like pulverize when a defender’s armor fails to be removed because of immunity he could be really good. Always been a fan he just needs more on attack to be relevant

And if I'm not wrong kabam said x23 is getting a full rework with animations then she is not in that gatcha box

Uh huh. I was hoping wasp and ghost were tech and sci and they would move that unblockable synergy into ghosts overall kit and change a few things with wasps like give her debilitate, slow and other debuffs to meet 2025 standards but I can definitely tell that the gatcha box this year will me mediocre champions since they're not getting tweaked and the only somewhat good ones WILL BE THE CHAMPIONS AT THE FINAL MILESTONE which we will have to spend money to get. WHICH WILL BE ABS MAN AND VALKYRIE/KINGPIN
