Hello, with the new monthly event quest, where can we find the potions and revives bundles that we were able to get in the past for 1000 units?

The offer pops up after each stage of the elder difficulty, getting larger each step. Exploration opens up the 1,000 unit bundle.

Really. I finished 2 chapters already in elder difficulty and I did not got the offer
