Who should I rank down as a 5*?

I've made some wrong decisions, and I now need these resources to R5 my blade. So, who should I rank down? All options below are R4.

Don’t listen to the Elektra trolls. She’s a nuts champ. Good damage, ability reduction and hits harder at low enemy hp.

Storm only has damage and stuns.
