Who to r4 (tier 7 basic expire soon)

Hello there, should i r4 FAM sig 200, Maker sig 20 or Bastion undup ? my tier 7 basic is gonna expire soon, i much prefer attacker than defencer rank up, and most of the time FAM stay on defence so don't really know that FAM is worthy enough than Maker or Bastion
