Symbiote sector bonus event

So yesterday I returned to this game, after a small break, joined an alliance and spent almost whole day completing the Symbiote incursions sector up to 30 zones. And when I did, my name appeared in participation list, but didn't get any of the rewards. So was all this hard work just in vain? Or will I get the rewards?

If the alliance already completed the milestones before you joined you cant get the rewards.

Yes it's stupid since it's based on individual contribution and you have to do the same amount of work as everyone else. No, kabam wont do anything about it

Yes, it was in vain, but not really . You still got amazing rewards from zones 1-30.

Sorry to say it but you won't get the alliance milestone once the alliance has claimed any rewards already. This is to prevent summoners from jumping to new alliances to keep collecting rewards. This actually happened in the past so Kabam put a stop to it. They also made sure you can only get one point per account, again to prevent summnoners from jumping to a different alliance to collect more rewards.

It can't hurt to e-mail Kabam with a screenshot of the rewards, and explain that you think you should have gotten it but it didn't give it to you. Make sure you screenshot every level of reward with the preview open so everything you would get can be seen.
