Which 7* to R3 for Valliant

Hi, I have recently come back to the game after 5 years and in the two months I’ve been back I’ve completed up to 8.3. I need to R3 a 7* to achieve valliant but with no recent knowledge of the game I’m unsure on which would be the best champ to rank up. I don’t have any awakening gems or other items so if a champion is only great after awakening I am happy to wait for
a rank up until a later date.

I will most likely look to complete 8.4 and act 9. Whilst also doing some BG on the side as I think that’s a great game mode.

I assume nico is already r3? If so then i’d go with dust. She is a decent dual threat with a fair bit of utility. If nico isn’t r3 then i’d go nico.

as for the pros of dust:

she can be a decent defender

She has good immunities (poison, bleed and shock)

she deals damage to any opponent that purifies.

She has grit when in her sandstorm form to tackle unstoppable

if you ever awaken her, she can gain a steadfast when against skill champs to prevent unblockable attacks during samdstorm form

her well time blocks has a 100% to glance (which can be really handy especially against onslaught)
