Lost All My Symbiote Sector Rewards After Days of Effort — Feeling Ignored as a Player
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share something that really frustrated me — not just because of the lost rewards, but because of how unfair and demotivating it feels as a long-time player.
I spent several days working hard on the Symbiote Sector Bonus Event, actively participating and clearing all 30 rooms in the Incursion run. I was part of an alliance during that time, but right after the war ended — and before the milestone rewards were distributed — I was removed from the alliance.
After that, I joined another alliance and finished the event, but my contribution points reset to zero, and I couldn’t claim any of the milestone rewards I had earned. When I contacted Kabam Support, I was told that because I joined the new alliance after the milestones were unlocked, I’m not eligible for those rewards — even though I completed the event while it was live and had already earned my progress.
To me, this feels completely unfair. Players put in time, effort, and energy to complete these events, and all of it can be erased just because of an alliance timing issue that’s beyond our control.
What’s most disappointing is that Kabam keeps saying they care about player experience, but situations like this show the opposite. It doesn’t feel like our time or dedication is valued. I see players expressing similar frustration not because they dislike the game itself, but because they feel ignored, trapped, and unrecognized for their efforts.
I really hope Kabam can reconsider how alliance event rewards are handled. Please tie rewards to individual contribution, not just to alliance milestones. If a player earns something through actual participation, they shouldn’t lose it just because of being kicked out of an alliance.
Right now, I honestly feel regret and disappointment. I loved playing this game, but experiences like this make it very hard to stay motivated.
