Red Guardian 7*

Is red guardian ever going to be available as a 7 star? I know he was in a payed event a few months ago but would like to know if there’s any plans of him going to the basic or something.

He will likely join the basic 7* pool at some point but because he was part of an event where ppl had to spend a bunch of units to get him it prob wont be for several months yet.
