60 Frames Per Second Issue

Greetings Summoners,

With today's update, it appears that some players' in-game settings have inadvertently been changed from 60 Frames per Second back to 30 Frames per Second.
Before you play, if you're having problems, please make sure you check your settings in-game and make sure you're clicked into 60fps if that is your desired way of playing.
