Also, is it true that using it will reduce the maximum buffs in his bank to 6??

If so, that's a major D-move....

It probably isn't as bad as it seems. You may not need a bunch of power gains if you can refresh your buffs with the striker instead of the SP3, for example. A couple furies and precisions, plus a regen buff and you're set.

pretty much this. you wanna spam sp2 and work with Toxic Armor. realistically, the striker removes the need of choosing to use a special, and get it’s benefits, OR getting buffs back. I’m probably not gonna miss the last 4 if I’m spamming spa’s on the reg.
