Kabam not reading support tickets properly
I recently had 2 separate support tickets open. #1 was about refunding units lost from being kicked from an event through no fault of my own. The response was "no" because I already spent the units, as if I wanted a monetary refund.
#2 was that I not longer have access to the email linked to mcoc, and I need to change it without accessing the old one. Yet again the response asks me to sign in to my old email.
They're not even reading these.
