Unable to Claim Symbiote Sector Bonus Event Rewards

Hi Team,

After completing my Summoned Symbiote Incursion up to Zone 30 and following all the event rules, my name appeared in the Symbiote Sector Bonus Event leaderboard. However, I’m still unable to claim my rewards for this event.

This reward includes a significant amount of Titan Crystal Shards. I also spent around 600–700 units on revives and health potions during the incursions, so I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and help me receive my rewards.
