Symbiote Incursions Rewards Reset Issues

I went to get the rewards for incursions again with the symbiote team and Steve since they were refreshed and it’s telling me I’m not eligible for top zone rewards. Why is that? I’m using a Summoner Symbiote, Venom 3* max rank, and VTD 3* r1.

They didn't say about the milestones. They said for the zone rewards

That is the symbiote sector BONUS event, the event didn't reset ...

Which means you need to run all 30 zones again for the reset rewards, which I'm currently doing

That is what I am asking about. When I finish each zone, the rewards don't populate even though they have reset. I am seeing a message in the zone rewards box that says I am "not eligible for top zone rewards".

You picked the correct sector? Cuz I'm up to zone 10 already and been getting all the rewards, ansld I did this content already within the first week it originally came out and collected all these rewards already
