Can’t access relics

I’m level 60 Cavalier, currently in act 6.3.6.
I don’t have access to relics as it says I need to reach uncollected first. This is incorrect as I’m well past uncollected but still the relics options are greyed out and not accessible to me.
Support team said they can’t help.
New update hasn’t fixed this.
I left the game 3 years ago and retuned last month and haven’t been able to access relics since I reinstalled the game 4 weeks ago.
