Freeze in interface screen after clicking play button | Device | Laptop

After the Update yesterday November 4. it freezes on the logging in screen after clicking the " PLAY " button on my window screen.

Already try the following...
>Change my network connection even its okay and working fine
>Uninstall and install the game
