Is there a more up to date guide on LoL exploration?

Hey, I’m getting back into the game and kind of want to do Labrinth exploration. I know the rewards aren’t great but I have the champions to do it. I was wondering if there is a more modern guide/infographic that contains certain pain points / best lane completion strategies?

The nodes remaain same, most of them are very primitive, just look at nodes and prepare your team. Most 7*s can cheese through the content.Kate can destroy everyone including maestro.
