Any good unawakened?

Are 7* Okoye and Yelena good unawakened and worth ranking up to use in battlegrounds?

Okoye is really good for offense and yelena is good for defence. Both are worth ranking up for BGs.

Completely.

Yelena doesn't remotely need her Sig to be an incredibly annoying defender.

Okoye does benefit hugely from her Sig; but she's more than good enough to rank up without it.
