Alliance quest glitch

Playing map 4 Alliance quest, defeated tech doombot on node 1 twice now.
After I beat him everything resets and I have to fight him again.

Anyone else having this issue?

I’ve had this happen before, restart your game. You’ll have to fight him again but it’ll save.
