Bullseye crits on parry

Bullseye isn't meant to be able to land critical hits on a successful well timed block. Recently the critical announcement has popped up when parrying bullseye's basics and specials, and abilities that check for crits (like Jean Grey's exhaustion) also treat it like a crit. While I haven't compared numbers, I'm assuming that this is an actual crit into block and the damage is being increased.
