Lost katalyst after update

before i updated my game i had 7 science cat6 katalyst now suddenly only 3 and have not ranked anyone also my falcon torres was R1 max 25/25 level and now suddenly 0/25

Looks like someone rank up Falcon and is having second thoughts. Submit a ticket and see if Kabam will reserve it.

Wow, someone has been learning new words on the playground. FYI, ToS states a five year old can't play this game. You may want to return Mommy's phone.

Also, it's not an assumption. You stated you lost 4 science catalysts, and he's reverted to level 0/25. This would imply that you used 4 science catalysts (required for a level up from r1 to r2) and he's back at 0/25 (which is very similar to 0/35 and can be easily overlooked, especially for a five year old with poor number sense).

It would have been much easier to post a screenshot of your Falcon instead of name calling.

Did someone not get enough breast milk today. Salty little one I see. Like @willrun4adonut stated politely, you said you somehow lost 4 catalyst and now your Falcon is rank 2. Seems strange that it takes that exact amount to hit rank up on Falcon, but you said you didn't do it. Submit a ticket and see what happens.

None of my champs reset to 0 level and none of my catalysts are gone...

Some people seem to run into every problem possible in the game...
