Just tap on crystal info and if it says Lizard you're fine. They probably just skipped over the line by accident.

The crystal does but I don't want to open the last one and get dracula for grandmasters grace

I went for it had lizard can confirm but no featured first appearance frame. Kabam said First Appearance Champions must be acquired directly from this Crystal (not from Grandmaster's Grace), which has a 0.25% drop rate which is contradictory to the details provided.
