extended them to 10 seconds of duration
Awakening extra debuffs is base kit and the Awakening grants you +1 copy of each buff every 4 weebs
special 1 apply 2 webs per shot
Special 2 is a fragility instead of physical Vulnerability
Debilitate increase to 40% potency.
Decelerate increase to 75% potency.
Suppression increase to 20% potency.
webbing fall off slower and can get reset when applying new web debuffs
Hit Monkey synergy changed to apply a Sunder at 6+ webbing debuffs

I would like to add more useful features, but I don't think there's anything he doesn't already cover as a science character besides power control,he has special control with that taunt but thats different from wither or petrify
