T4 Class Catalyst Shortages

There are very little places where Tier 4 Class Catalysts and/or T4 CC Crystals can be earned or found. Glory and trophy store options are insufficient considering the cost of ranking up champions. Can the purchase limit be increased? Can there be a higher number of T4CC in the Daily Quests?

Only 1000ish here but I've got nearly 10000 of the 2% crystals.

I do remember how hard they were to get back in the "join a map 5 alliance" days though.
