I just want to play the game...

...not be changing the fps settings *almost* every single time I open the game.

Is it just me or is this a bug?

Happens to me as well. I thought it was shifting between my apple and Android so I tested that theory and didn't play on my apple today and it still turned me back to 30fps. Hasn't happened if I just stick to Apple though.
