I sold my phone and I forgot to log out the mcoc account from that phone how I remove account from that device

Change account password, so it should log you out from other devices if someone tries to log in.

I have changed multiple devices and have played on family's devices. Sometimes they got notifictaion after I uninstalled the game, how does that even work lol.

So I did what had to be done, asked support and they removed all associated devices.

Whether it's Android or Apple, you should be able to remotely trigger a wipe of the phone.
