R3 5* Magneto or Cyclops?

I have enough gear to upgrade either Magneto or Cyclops to 5*/R3. I’m leaning towards Magneto because of his heal block, bleed and magnetism buffs, but I don’t know much about Cyclops. Any recommendations welcome!

I would say neither but if I had to choose one then Magneto is the one I would choose

I'd choose Magneto for his Heal Block, Bleed, and Magnetism. Are any of them duped? And which Cyclops do you have?

I would recommend waiting for another champ you will enjoy playing with more and who will take you further in the game.
