I don't get any money from the calendar

I don't get calendar rewards as a new player. They give me animation, but I don't have it in my backpack. Please solve this problem.

Take a screenshot of your calendar and share it. There is almost certainly no problem, but a visual for us to see may help us to teach you since you are new.
