Unfair Reward Discrepancy Between New and Veteran Players

I’ve been a loyal MCOC player for several years (currently Level 49, Act 6+).
I’ve noticed that new players receive 5★ and 6★ champions, units, and high-tier resources immediately upon joining, while veteran accounts like mine do not receive similar compensation or progression rewards.
This feels very unfair, considering the effort and time I’ve invested.
Kindly review if legacy accounts like mine can receive equivalent catch-up gifts or veteran rewards.

1️⃣ Ideas for Reward Changes for Old Players:
Introduce a “Veteran Appreciation Calendar” or Legacy Login Reward Track that gives meaningful items (5★/6★ shards, awakening gems, catalysts, and units) to long-term accounts based on their total playtime or account age.
Offer retroactive milestone packages — for example, players who reached Level 40+, completed Act 5/6, or became Cavalier/Thronebreaker before a certain update could receive equivalent modern rewards.
Add veteran loyalty milestones that scale over time (e.g., every 6 months or anniversary, long-time accounts get unique titles, profile pics, or selectors).
2️⃣ How These Changes Would Improve Player Experience:
It would restore fairness between long-term loyal players and new accounts who now receive high-tier champions instantly.
It would motivate veterans to stay active, rather than feeling left behind or undervalued.
It would encourage spending and engagement since players would feel their years of effort continue to matter.
I’ve been playing MCOC for over 7 years, and I truly love this game — these changes would strengthen trust in Kabam and reward the players who built the community from the start.
