Help with Twitch drops

I am watching the stream on laptop and mobile..
On mobile I got the notification that twitch drops are active and watch for x hours to get y rewards.
On laptop, Im not seeing anything.

We need to watch 12 hours to get titsn crystal.

Please confirm if my laptop stream is eligible for it?

Yes, whatever you watch it on will count, the app is just different than the website. On the website, tap on notifications, then just tap on an old drop. You can then scroll down and see the new drops and your progress toward them

There will be your drop status where you can claim, i already claimed 3 crystal and 7* 1-2 gem

Lol.. no not the drops i am talking about the giveaway from the last stream where you sign in via twitch or YouTube

I claimed it already but when I checked in game , no rewards yet? do we have to wait at the end to get rewards in game?

If it worked, you would see it in your game mail instantly. The last time, I clicked Claim and had the game open, I immediately saw I got an e-mail with the drop.
