same here. Was logged out and had to change password now saying not connected on twitch but on Kabam says it is linked

same issue was connected but then it wasn’t after stream message saying connect your account to claim drops link rewards now 322 hrs before retry and no drop rewards from yesterday even tho says claimed

Well guys i am also facing this issue and decided not to waste my 12hrs on thoses stupid rewards

I can get better rewards within 6-7 hours of playing... Kabam is really making thier buisness strong by giving stupid rewards by the exchange of 12 hours of internet

Have you guys tried opening support tickets for this issue? I’m not sure where I heard it (it’s been a chaotic week), but I think this is something support can resolve.

Update: players asking the same question on Discord have been directed to open support tickets as well, and support should be able to fix issues related to lining accounts. The timeout thing is I think a security feature Kabam should generally able to unlock on their side.

Kabam is supposed to be doing restraining all week, so there’s time for support to fix the issue and players still get all the twitch drops. Maybe give them today to get through the tickets before escalating.

Yep, echoing DNA, reach out to support and they'll be able to get you sorted. Please be patient as there is a decent volume of support tickets over this but theyre getting to everyone in order so they'll get to you too!
