Twitch account linking issue

So i had an account linked to my twitch acc and I disconnected it and tried again with another account and it said something like try again after 50 hours , that was like four weeks ago now for the new drops i wanted to link my account so i clicked on link and it said retry after 140 hours which i think is a lil long for retrying something . Does anyone have any idea how to fix this
