If I watch the stream now, I will still get drops?

Twitch is showing Kabam is offline while the stream duration is 8 hours approx.
If I watch stream again, will I get the rewards?

No. You can only get drops when it says they are live. Watching the vod doesn't count, but a live replay will.

Then what's the usual time they will start a live replay?
