TWITCH DROPS REWARDS NOT APPEARING

Hi, so I've claimed some rewards from the twitch drop page but I still don't see it in game, its been happening for a while now and I didn't do anything about it cause it was just rebirth crystals but now I'm missing out on a bunch of good rewards. They never show up in game, I've linked my kabam to twitch correctly, so like what's the problem here ? What am I doing wrong ?
