Titania or Photon?

I do quests mainly, I’m not very focused on battlegrounds right now but I can’t decide between Titania and Photon. Both of their damage outputs are insane.

Titania is nerfed indirectly by fixing another champ issue so photon would be better since you can't use titania'main rotation and photon could be useful on defence

Both are amazing but Photon’s overall better for questing since she keeps her ramp between fights

Answer is and has been Photon. Answer would be Photon even if Titania’s sp3 loop still functioned like it did when she was released.
