Stealth Suit Spiderman prefight Slow is not working

THUNDERBIL

Description : Spidey applies slow on his fourth L attack but he is unable to stop EVADE and counter MISS as stated in his kit.
He can counter UNSTOPPABLE, only Evade and Miss are not being tackled.

Problem Discovered in this months EQ.
Fought Sorcerer Supreme in Elder difficulty but she was able to Evade.

Tested against Invisible woman and he is not countering Miss as well.




I don't think any node prevents or reduces ability accuracy so SLOW should in case work.

does he actually apply the slow debuff and then it doesn’t work?

or he never applies the debuff at all?
