Dark Phoenix- Is this always been the case?

When she was first appeared, she was only available in 6 and 7*.

So just wondering does it always shown that she is available in all of these rarities or have then been updated for what coming up?

They were there from the beginning, but there’s currently no way to obtain them, maybe Banquet?

it might be like swigil in future they might run a special arena

It's probably just there because they love copy and paste. Players pointed it out when she launched and they said they had no plans to release her below a 6* rarity.

Yup, no way to get for 2*-5* and if you're valiant there's no way to a 3* Thanos either (was in a monthly event crystal in the last 1.5 years, so you could've got a 2*)
