Passive Abilities:
Cosmic Amulet: Storm's presence passively generates a Mystic Aura around her, granting her +15% Energy Resistance and +5% Physical Resistance. This Aura also reduces the potency of all incoming Debuffs by 20%.
Elemental Infusion: Storm starts the fight with 3 permanent Elemental Charges. Each Charge grants her +15% Block Proficiency and makes her immune to Power Drain and Power Steal effects.
Tempest's Resolve: When Storm is struck by a Critical Hit, she has a 50% chance to Purify a single non-damaging Debuff and gain a Resilience passive for 4 seconds, granting her +1000 Armor Rating. Max 3 Resilience stacks.
Cosmic Discharge: While defending, if Storm takes damage equal to 5% of her Max Health from a single hit, she immediately generates 5% of her Max Power.
