If you're referring to what I think you're talking about, I think what they meant was that future monthly livestreams will have an extra milestone with a Thor Rags token. Watch enough livestreams, you rack up tokens that you can eventually trade in for that shiny new 7* Thor Ragnarok. But I don't think there were any updates to the rewards of these two streams.
