Summoners Feast Twitch drops

My account is linked to my twitch account but I have never been able to claim any drops since the beginning of the drops. Every time I send in a ticket I am told to

contact Twitch. When I contact Twitch they tell me to contact kabam. Why do I keep getting the run around even after showing proof that both are connected? Can anyone help with this. Below are pictures of all drops that are claimed but need to be linked to an account and the other is showing I am connected to a kabam account.
