Twich drop not in game show my reward

I watched the live stream on Twitch yesterday but why did I not get the reward that was there, it is showing as a claim but I did not get any reward in the game, why is that so?

as you can see you need to watch for a certain number of hours in order to be able to claim them, so if this is not your first time doing it.. you know that your kabam account should have been link to your twitch account.. if you already link them, just close the mcoc game and open it again.. the rewards that you claimed in twitch will be available to you.

Now, if you did not link your kabam account to twitch account; its like mailing a package without writing the reciever address (reason why kabam asked summoners who watch twitch to link their kabam account), not sure if it is reason why there are many who did not follow instructions but are angry or upset with not getting twitch drops.. the instructions were shared earlier to summoners who watched earlier live streams.
