I have no other way to communicate to kabam to address my issue what can I do? I try all the way to reach kabam but nothing is working.I'm so frustrated about this ,please help me guys...
You've submitted a ticket, now you just need to be patient. The forums team isn't part of the support team. They will get back to you when they've made it through the pile to your ticket.
In addition, you should have received an email with your ticket information. That email says to reply, type below this line. This should not be on the forums as no one here can assist.
