Can’t find Dimensions travel device token!!

According to the item description, it can claimed in the double track event for October. But I have the platinum track and been claiming each day consistently but I still can’t find the item on the list. Fix the glitch or refund me my money coz I bought the platinum track just for the new Spider-Man!!!
