Unknown Error in BGs

I do not know wtf Kabam are doing other than sitting on their asses, because Ive had the Unknown Error in BGs like 7-8 times this season. I was on my climb from Quantum 1 to Mysterium 3, when it started happening every match and it made me drop down to Arcane 4. Ive had it 3 times in a row, and again like 15 minutes ago. Its absolutely ridiculous how they just ignore such impactful problems but have no issue making new useless gamemodes where you need to spend to play.

If anyone knows what may be causing this, please let me know.

I play on PC btw, so idk if this is a PC only problem.
