I have completed the event to zone 30, went to claim my rewards and I am unable.
I went to support and was told that the alliance I am in had received the last milestone before I joined the alliance and they closed the ticket.
why isn't this mentioned anywhere in-game? why is there not a warning saying that I am ineligible? why am I playing a guessing game when it comes to what rewards I can and cannot claim when I put my time into playing and earning those rewards.
I am a casual player and I regularly take breaks from playing, I joined a laid back alliance sometime around the 14th of October and only decided to do this last night seen as the quest is ending, just to be disappointed.
I remember seeing the event at 15 points earlier on in the month.
while I have been in this alliance there has been 11 points awarded (2 after screenshot was taken) including my own to this event totalling 26 and I can't claim up to 7th milestone (9 points).
I was here for that time. why isn't my time respected?
the 7th milestone is the bare minimum I should receive by these standards, but there is no compromise on Kabam's side when it comes to misleading UI and rewards being shown as available when evidently they are not.
an addition to the UI with something as simple as a green tick or a red cross showing eligibility could fix this and save plenty of wasted time for both players and Kabam support in answering tickets on issues of this matter.
