Shuri receives passive poison, while dexing, when facing Nico Minority (Buff immunity).

Sinister takes burst damage on launching SP1, while suffering from bleeds, when facing lizard.

Are these Bugs or Working as intended?

Shuri is immune to precision effects other than her own. So when the precision from dexterity is prevented by this immunity, Nico inflicts poison; as per Nico's sig ability.

Lizard inflicts burst damage per active DoT effects on the opponent, when the opponent uses a special attack.
