Captain Britain Slow Doesn't Prevent Evade?

Maybe I'm missing something here but I've been noticing Britain's slow doesn't prevent evade. See screenshot. This is a regular practice mode spider-gwen with no nodes on her to boost her evade %. Britain's slow is listed as a "flat 100% ability accuracy reduction"



Mordo's Astral Evade goes through her slow.



Quicksilver's evade goes through her slow.



This is a glitch right?
