Missing Cosmic Yolks

I don’t know if I messed up by opening them too early but the 2 cosmic yolks I already had in my inventory disappeared when the realm event became active. I’ve since grabbed the third one but can’t complete the realm event because I don’t have access to 2 of the cosmic yolks. Did I mess up or is it a bug?

I finished all 3 quest and only have 2 yolks in my inventory. I can’t finish the quest now because one just vanished.

I am also missing a yolk… I am sure I did all the duel targets…
