Silver Samurai Bugged?

I can't seem to find anything about Silver Samurai not working correctly in game. If there's something I don't understand about how he works, I'd love to be educated on that. However, I can't find a single thing to explain why he's not applying daunted in about half his fights when he consumes 100 combo off his sp2. Has anyone else experienced this? It's extremely disappointing considering he was such an expensive champion to aquire early.

Seemed to work for me against a Yelena. I would build her up to around 90ish combo meter and then use my S2 to consume all of it.

Where are you noticing the issue? I'm wondering if something is going on that's reducing your ability accuracy.

EDIT: You said you were using it when they were over 100 combo meter. However, he only grants them a combo shield when they are under 100 combo meter. I'm wondering if you are letting them get too much combo meter and actually knocking the combo off before the special can consume it.

You might be onto something. I noticed the issue in some BG matches that I didn't record and in the WS fight in RoL. I noticed if I did the heavy cancel into sp2 off the relic to get a perfect 100 combo in the WS fight, then I would be fine. But if I heavy canceled into sp2 when it built WS up to 102 combo, nothing would happen. Maybe the combo shield goes away and I get nothing if it's over 100 combo. In a yelena fight I have no problems, but her kit keeps her combo I'm pretty sure. I'll have to keep testing it. I thought it was an AA reduction issue at first, but I ruled that out.
